Each session is 60 minutes with access to a private sauna room, as well as access to our cold plunge and cold room.

Flexible monthly memberships allow each client to experience the sauna and cold plunge at our best rates. Membership includes one free buddy pass each month and is shareable one person.
A 14 day written termination notice is required to cancel a membership or it will auto renew.
